Spring is finally on the way – and so is a whole bunch of new Casualty spoilers.

Unfortunately, there's fairly turbulent month ahead in the ED, with sad decisions, setbacks and discoveries causing mayhem over the coming weeks.

Here's our guide to the nine biggest storylines fans should be watching out for next month.

1. Ruby makes a decision over Harmony

As we've already revealed, Ruby will make a life-changing decision about her baby niece Harmony, following some harsh words from her mum Lavender next week.

Still believing she failed her tragic sister Violette, a heartbroken Ruby decides to hand Harmony over for her parents to raise instead. But will Ruby live to regret her decision?

2. Connie pushes Archie away

Archie is another one with a big decision to make next month, when she is given a once in a lifetime job offer abroad.

Despite not knowing if she's ready to leave the ED, Archie's hand is forced by Connie – who disguises her hurt by pushing her away.

With Connie's words ringing in her ear, Archie makes a final decision about her future, but will she stay or will she go?

3. Newcomer Fenisha has a baptism of fire

Quite literally, as well. If fans cast their minds back to a few weeks ago, they will remember Felisha – the girl who made a beeline for Ethan in the pub.

As it happens, Fenisha has stronger ties to the ED than Ethan initially thought and will stun him when she turns up for her first shift as a paramedic.

Felisha wastes no time in getting down to business with the ambulance crew and even pulls a woman from a burning car on her first day. Oh and she catches the eye of another member of the team as well. Speaking of which….

4. Heartbreak for Ethan

Ethan is ecstatic when he realises he'll be seeing more of Felisha, who has been ignoring him ever since their one-night stand.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like he should be getting his hopes up too much. That's because, Ethan's happiness will be short-lived when it becomes clear she has eyes for someone else – very close to home.

Awkwardly, Ethan's best pal Will is Felisha's man in question, but is a love triangle on the horizon?

5. Marty's struggles continue

Marty is one to watch over next month, as his party antics begin to get out of hand. After falling out with his best friend Jade – who is fed up of covering for him – Marty's world spirals further out of control when he makes a very worrying discovery.

At rock bottom, Marty breaks down and opens up to Jade about his fears – but will she support him?

6. Charlie isn't coping...

As we've previously revealed, Charlie's grief will be taking centre stage over the coming weeks, as he struggles to navigate a world without his beloved Duffy.

Surrounded by constant reminders of his late wife in the ED, Charlie arouses concern by repeatedly takes his frustrations out on his colleagues.

However, when Charlie begins to make some rather major errors at work, it could be time for an intervention. And it could come in the form of another Holby City crossover...

7. And makes a shock decision

We're not going to give too much away on this one, but viewers should prepare for a shocking turn of events when Charlie's grief begins to overwhelm him.

An episode airing towards the end of next month will see Charlie's problems reach fever pitch, with huge repercussions that will reverberate around the hospital.

8. Faith makes a breakthrough with Lev

Following Zsa Zsa's sad discovery last night, Luka is preparing for his first round of chemotherapy later next month.

With Faith determined to keep Luka's spirits up, tensions between her at Lev reach an all-time high when the paramedic loses his patience with the youngster.

Realising they need to stick together, Lev steps up and joins Faith in making one of Luka's dreams come true. Is this a major turning point for the struggling couple?

9. Dylan's feelings are questioned

Zsa Zsa's not the only one to notice Dylan's palpable connection with Faith, as David will be pulling him up on it as well.

Dylan is quick to rebuke his friend's claims that he carries a torch for Faith, but a further development later on paints a very different picture.
