Fancy running The Woolpack from Emmerdale? Well, it's currently in need of a new tenant.

Actually, to be more precise, this is the old Woolpack, located in the real-life village of Esholt in West Yorkshire.

The pub currently up for lease was previously used for external shots when the soap was filmed in the area, but it's now shot on a purpose-built set.

Anyway, the current landlords of The Woolpack said in a statement on the pub's website: "Sadly we will be leaving the Woolpack after five happy years at the end of Feb.

"In order to prepare the pub for the new operators we will not be serving food in Jan and Feb so we can redecorate and leave everything looking spic and span."

They've been at the pub for five years, while shots of its exterior were used on the soap for 20 years.

A spokesperson from Ei Publican Partnerships, the largest pub leasing company in the UK, said: "We're currently seeking a new tenant for The Woolpack in Esholt and we hope to be able to update the local community soon."
