    Exclamation Hollyoaks Spoilers 6th - 10th January 2020

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hol...e-jamie-lomas/

We've known for a while back that Hollyoaks' ultimate bad boy would be making his way back to the village in 2020, but now his actual return date has been revealed.

Fans won't have long to wait as it has been confirmed that during the episodes that will air on Channel 4 on Thursday, January 9 and Friday, January 10, Warren will get off a ship with the twins in tow, and tell them that it's time to put the family back together.

He will be seen by viewers following Sienna Blake around, although she will have no idea that she is being watched...

Obviously, if you are a diehard fan who watches the first-look episodes on E4, then you will be able to see Warren's return a day earlier on Wednesday, January 8.

Why is Warren making a return now? Well, the soap's boss Bryan Kirkwood previously explained to Digital Spy: "We want Warren to evolve in the brilliant way that Jamie Lomas let him evolve the last time he was here.

"What we love about Warren is that he's one of the most convincing, plausible and compelling villains and anti-heroes we've ever had on the show.

"He's also a great lover and I think that's what people really like about Warren. He just wants a family and he just wants the love of a good woman. That's what sets him apart from other 'bag of money' villains in Hollyoaks and other shows.

"There's a very good reason that Warren comes back to the village. It's all about family and it's all about heart."

At the McQueens', Goldie is shocked at her mum's nastiness when Jack calls round. Breda throws her engagement ring at him.

John Paul sees upset Goldie at the pub and finds out that Breda still has the pig farm, which rings alarm bells. He meets Mercedes in The Dog car park and tells her to go to the farm.

At the Emporium, Bobby's doll is now in the window after being saved from the bin by Liberty, but Liberty can't believe it when Grace brings in a bag of Curtis's toys, including his Breda doll – they're the same.

Goldie tries to apologise to Jack for her mum's behaviour earlier, but he thinks that Breda is using her dementia as an excuse because she doesn't really love him. He gives Goldie his engagement ring and she notices the inscription on the inside ‘LL' for Louis Loveday.

John Paul is with Breda in The Dog flat having tea. It's like a game of cat and mouse as they both try to get the measure of each other.

Mercedes finds the keys to the barn at The Pig Farm and steps wearily inside. She can't see anything and turns to leave, until she hears a faint groan. She's horrified to find Tony.

Meanwhile, Edward invites Diane to the charity gala at The Loft tonight, but she's worried what people will think if they go together. He surprises her with an expensive necklace.

Elsewhere, Sami and Imran meet Verity – Edward's daughter and Tony's sister.

Monday 06 January 2020 at 21:00 on E4 (First Look) and Tuesday 07 January 2020 at 23:00 on Channel 4 (Repeat)

    Hour-long episode

Mercedes desperately tries to free Tony from his cage, while Breda approaches, armed with a pitch fork. Mercedes manages to get to Tony but as she's trying to help him escape, Breda arrives. She hits Mercedes to the floor.

Breda locks them both in the cage. Mercedes warns Breda that John Paul knows where she is, but is horrified when she thinks that Breda might have killed her brother. Breda plans to leave Mercedes and Tony to die, while she flees the country.

At the Emporium, Goldie shares her worries about Breda's aggressive behavior with Sylver. Sylver reassures her that Breda isn't a threat to anyone.

Later, Goldie is starting to piece all the clues together when she sees Bobby and Curtis's hand-made dolls at The Emporium.

Meanwhile, Walter decides to hold a vigil to bring the community back together and remember those they've lost at the hands of the serial killer. Lisa and Martine sing Amazing Grace.

Elsewhere, Verity is enjoying the scandal of her dad seemingly dating Diane – his son's wife. Diane is awkward and tries to explain that her and Edward are just friends, but Edward's ego is bruised when he overhears, and he takes it out on Diane.

At The Loft's charity gala, Verity is flirting with Sami. Diane tries to justify her relationship with Edward to Sami, but he tells Diane that it's time for them both to move on.

Tuesday 07 January 2020 at 19:00 on E4 (First Look) and Wednesday 08 January 2020 at 18:30 on Channel 4 (Repeat)

Diane confirms that she's ready to go public with Edward. She kisses him in the hospital corridor.

Meanwhile, at The Dog, Jack is running the bar and tries to lift everyone's spirits with music and drinks.

Sienna is jealous when she sees Liberty and Brody together in Marnie's Salon De Thé. She's unaware that she's being followed by Warren.

Martine urges Sienna to remember why Liberty and Brody slept together.

Meanwhile, Jesse finds out that Azim is a wedding planner and asks him for help with his wedding to Courtney, but Azim doesn't think Jesse can afford him.

Scott thinks Azim needs bringing back down to Earth, so Azim agrees to help Jesse, as long as Scott will be his assistant and be at Jesse and Courtney's beck and call, day or night.

Hopefully the late night special is the end of Breda. Very excited for it! Also will be interesting to meet Verity, hopefully she's not as annoying as Edward.

Poor Tony, that trauma will stay with him for life if his father Edward will let him live

I do not like that in the end Sylver was made Breda's killer
