    EastEnders Spoilers 2020 (35th Anniversary)

With EastEnders 35th anniversary coming round, what storyline do you reckon they'll go with? I just hope it's not to do with the Mitchells or Beales.

I'd go with a big wedding between Winston and Tracey.

After last nights episode, I wonder if it'll be Sharon getting revenge of Phil?

EastEnders has lined up a week of death and disaster for its 35th anniversary.

The BBC One soap has confirmed it will celebrate its milestone anniversary with a week of special episodes in February taking place on the River Thames – which is iconically depicted in EastEnders' opening credits.

This storyline will bring family secrets to a head when the Carters host their friends and loved ones on board a boat party in celebration of their recent 'Best Pub' award. Each episode will show the same events over 24 hours from a different perspective, culminating in an incident on board and "disastrous consequences".

Mick (Danny Dyer) and Linda (Kellie Bright) attempt to put their marriage strain over Linda's drinking behind them for the party, but will instead be faced with tough decisions.

Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) arrives on board, fresh off dealing with more struggles with Bobby's (Clay Milner Russell) adjustment to life back in Walford. Older son Peter (Dayle Hudson) is back as well – although his sudden arrival begs even more questions.

The family drama for the Mitchells continues as Sharon's (Letitia Dean) due date draws ever closer during anniversary week, opening the door for secrets from the past to haunt all of them. EastEnders is promising that as one life ends, another begins!

The Square will be bustling as well, as Whitney Dean, the Truemans and the Fowlers all face dramatic new chapters in their own ongoing sagas.

Executive producer Jon Sen has promised: "For the 35th anniversary, we wanted to entertain the EastEnders audience on the iconic river which has heralded the start of the show for 35 years.

"This unmissable week of episodes is destined to be exciting, gripping and heart-breaking – it will be a week that will go down in EastEnders history."

Max Branning actor Jake Wood also recently hyped the 35th anniversary week, promising viewers that some "spectacular" scenes await them.

EastEnders will air this special week of episodes in February.

"Each episode will show the same events over 24 hours from a different perspective"

This rings a bell! The same idea as Emmerdale next week.

And the same idea as Eastenders did themselves on New Year's Day.

Is the actor playing Callum supposed to leave? Keep seeing random articles about Callum being killed.
