Moira is alarmed to see Nate and Cain getting on well, so gives Nate a sudden day off. However, Cain cancels it, keen to spend time with his wife.

Meanwhile, Manpreet's patient Derek falls ill. David is also feeling queasy. Rishi dismisses David's suggestion that his chocolates are to blame.

Elsewhere, Chas, Aaron and Paddy share a bittersweet moment.
