Amy has another argument with Nugget, Denzel and Lily about the rumours that are circulating about her. Denzel tries to make amends, but Amy brushes him off. When Sam later arrives at the Branning house to find Amy, she is shocked by what she sees.

Later, Sam speaks to Jack at the Queen Vic and tells him what's going on with his daughter, but Amy overhears everything.

Meanwhile, when Mitch's cab breaks down, Alfie steps in and drives Vi to bingo instead. However, trouble brews when a masked gunman jumps into his cab.

Elsewhere, Whitney agrees to throw a party with Finlay and Felix when she learns that Zack is looking for love.

Masked gunman Keith explains to Alfie that he has just robbed a building society and needs a getaway driver.

During the trip, Stacey calls and tells Alfie that she knows he and the boys have successfully guessed the code to Phil's safe as part of a game. When Keith hears that the safe contains ?30,000, he orders Alfie to take him to Phil's place.

Meanwhile, Denzel struggles to cope with all of the gossip, but Patrick offers some words of advice. After witnessing the conversation, Howie wishes he could make such easy progress with his son.

Elsewhere, Whitney is upset when Zack arrives at the party with another woman, Mandy. When Finlay tries to console Whitney, she moves in for a kiss.

Jack and Denise visit the school to discuss Amy's problems. Jack questions Mrs Larkham about whether Denzel's arrival at the school has led to Amy changing.

Later at the pub, Jack demands that Howie should keep Denzel away from Amy. The situation spirals out of control when Jack punches Howie, witnessed by Denise and Kim. Denise tries to intervene, but Jack insists that Amy is his daughter rather than hers.

Meanwhile, Freddie gives Alfie an idea to solve his problems, but Honey ruins it when she orders Alfie off the market. When Alfie explains about Phil's missing money, Tommy offers to sort out the situation for him.

Elsewhere, Zack becomes frustrated that Whitney doesn't seem interested in him, but Felix can see that Whitney is putting up a front.
