its will! cos hes a policeman (thought he still was, but who knows?) and on the hollyoaks website under whats coming up it says
"Steph is smitten by the prospect of her mum and Will getting together."
so i think we might have found out the answer to who frankie gets together with, but im a bit disappointed, thought it would be funny if it had been someone quite a lot younger

yes i think you are right but i thought will was still a policeman but then he has moved jobs so he may no longer be a policeman.
