Over on Hollyoaks, Ste Hay's behaviour takes another disturbing turn when he becomes determined to take part in a far-right protest march.

Ste (Kieron Richardson) becomes fixated on the idea when it's pitched to him by Jonny Baxter and Stuart Sumner, who have spent months manipulating him.

When Ste's loved ones find out about his plans, Tony Hutchinson tries to make him see sense by confronting him at Price Slice.

Ste loses his temper and ruins a display in the shop, which gives the police a reason to call off the planned march – much to Jonny's anger.

Determined to prove himself to his dangerous associates and make amends, Ste organises his own secret march in the village for the following day – without Jonny and Stuart knowing anything about it.

Ste is shocked when he sees how dangerous his event becomes, leaving him at a crossroads. He also faces a backlash from Stuart and Jonny, who think he's taken too much of a big risk.

As Ste's actions see him rejected by the village and the far-right group, he grows lonely and turns to alcohol for comfort.

When Ste's niece Peri Lomax sees him in a bad way, she invites him to come to The Hutch to have dinner with the family and try to make amends. Will Ste accept the olive branch?

Hollyoaks airs these scenes on Monday, June 10, Tuesday June 11 and Wednesday, June 12 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
