Monday 29 April 2019 at 20:00 on BBC One

Jack gets angry when he hears that Sean Slater was behind Amy's recent disappearance from school. However, when Jack realises that Sean doesn't know about Roxy's death, he takes him to her grave to break the news.

Sean is furious when Jack bitterly blames Roxy for everything, sparking a fight between the two men. Once things calm down, Sean admits that he's back to make amends. How will Stacey react when Jack later tells her that Sean is back?

Meanwhile, Lola is worried about Adam's plan to move in with Honey, knowing that it's bad news for Billy. She also gets jealous of Jay's relationship with Ruby, who's still giving her a hard time at work. Lola comes up with a plan to solve both problems in one go.

Elsewhere, Tiffany spots a romantic connection between Bernadette and newcomer Brooke, so decides to play matchmaker.

Jean is delighted when she finds out that Sean is back. After an argument with Ruby, Sean takes Jean along to her latest chemotherapy appointment.

Stacey fears Sean is having a bad impact on Jean when he questions what the future might hold, in light of her illness. Sean wonders whether it's best for him to leave Walford again, but when Jean suggests they should spend more time together away from the Square, he agrees.

Meanwhile, Honey has some last-minute doubts about moving in with Adam when Billy makes her breakfast, but later sticks by her decision.

Elsewhere, Bernadette gets a date with Brooke thanks to Tiffany.

Jean and Sean go off for their trip, arriving at a remote farmhouse. Just before they go for a walk, a clump of Jean's hair falls out.

Later, Jean injures herself and cuts her leg. She insists that it's nothing, but Sean notices it's serious and is worried when his mum starts to lose strength. Fearing the worst, Sean makes a shocking admission to his mum while he still can.

As Jean's condition gets worse, Sean rushes off to get a phone signal so he can call an ambulance.

Meanwhile, when Honey turns up to Billy's party at The Vic, she makes it clear that she's only there for the kids.

Elsewhere, Brooke gives Bernadette food for thought on their date by pointing out how well Tiffany and Keegan get along.

Also today, Iqra wonders what Habiba is up to when she disappears from work without explanation.
