I do not see how Debbie can get away with what she did without a serious time in Emmerdale.

I really hope that Emmerdale are not going to further insult the real life victims of acide attacks by letting Debbie walk away from what she was responsible for.

It's a soap? Really? Thanks for pointing that out.

My point of view stands whether or not Emmerdale is a soapy drama. There are some subjects that are so serious that they need to be dealt with in a realistic manner or they should be left well alone.

Totally agree with you but we all know that justice in even serious subjects being portrayed in soap operas are far from being realistic ... although even in real life it sometimes beggars belief what some judges base their judgements on

    Exclamation Emmerdale Spoilers 10th - 14th December 2018

    Monday

Daz struggles to keep his secret
Will anyone find out what he's done?

Daz is riddled with guilt as the villagers talk about the hit and run.

    Meanwhile, Ellis makes a discovery.

Elsewhere, Pete is less than thrilled.

    Tuesday

Daz's escape plan is thwarted when Kerry collapses
He does the right thing in a moment of crisis.

Daz is desperate to escape and secretly looks into booking flights out of the country. However, when trying to leave by bus to the airport, he spots that Kerry has collapsed in the road.

Torn, Daz wonders if he can ignore what he's seen, but then his conscience kicks in and he takes her home.

Daz misses his flight and knows that his escape has been scuppered.

Meanwhile, Pete and Rhona make a discovery.

    Wednesday

Pete is shocked when Dawn threatens him
Does she have the upper hand?

After seeing Dawn soliciting in a car park, Pete takes her back to the village and offers to let her stay for a while. Dawn gets the wrong end of the stick and tries to kiss him.

As Pete tries to process what has happened, Dawn threatens to tell Rhona that he made a move on her unless he lets her stay.

Meanwhile, Kerry assures Amelia that the police will find out what happened to the hit and run victim, leaving Daz silently panicked and trapped.

Elsewhere, when Jessie and Charity come head to head over Noah being excluded from school, Marlon steps in but Charity knocks him down with a punch.

    Thursday (1)

Rhona is shaken as Dawn turns violent
The truth about what happened with Pete comes out.

Rhona confronts Dawn, having heard the truth from Pete.

Dawn shoves Rhona and makes her escape, mortified by what's happened.

    Meanwhile, Jessie receives some news.

    Elsewhere, anxious Debbie makes preparations.

Also, Charity is delighted when Vanessa agrees to move into The Woolpack.

    Thursday (2)

Harriet is unsettled to see Dawn
How do they know each other?

Outside the church, Dawn approaches Harriet.

Dawn is shocked to see that Harriet is a vicar now and Harriet pales as Dawn confronts her about their shared past.

Meanwhile, Debbie prepares for Sarah coming home, determined to focus on her daughter rather than the court case.

Elsewhere, Vanessa makes a big move.

    Friday

    Debbie's trial gets under way
Will her worst fears be realised?

Debbie's trial begins and she fears she'll soon be separated from her kids.

    Meanwhile, Vanessa experiences chaos.

    Elsewhere, Harriet is being watched.
