Sarah receives life-changing news
Will the transplant be a success?
Sarah panics when the transplant coordinator tells her they have found her a new heart.
Debbie arrives and goes to comfort Sarah as she is wheeled out for the operation. Debbie breaks down, fearing she will never see her daughter again.
Meanwhile, in her search for Adam, Victoria breaks into the haulage office and starts rifling through the drawers.
Elsewhere, Paddy is put under pressure.
Tuesday
Chas and Paddy plan the funeral
Can they pull together?
Chas struggles when Harriet arrives to talk about Grace's funeral and they set a date. However, there's a sense Paddy is not being honest about his feelings.
Meanwhile, Charity and Faith are united in their concern.
Elsewhere, Victoria continues to pursue the truth.
Wednesday
Victoria steps up the search for Adam
Can she find him?
Victoria is unfazed when private investigator Glen advises her that tracking down Adam will be expensive. Victoria transfers the first payment to Glen so he can start looking for Adam.
Later, Aaron makes a shocking admission.
Meanwhile, April gets excited about going to a school friend's party, but hides Leo's invite from Marlon.
Elsewhere, things turn messy when Jacob pushes Noah at the bus stop and Leanna tells Jessie that Jacob attacked Noah over Maya.
Also today, Sarah continues to cause concern.

Victoria puts herself in danger to find Adam
Is she in the firing line?
Glen tells Victoria that he has located Adam in Portugal and asks for £5,000. Matty is concerned and comes clean to Moira about knowing for a fact Adam isn't in Portugal. He pulls out Victoria's envelope of cash without her noticing, but now there's a possibility that Victoria is in danger.
Later, Victoria panics during her meet-up with Glen as she frantically searches her bag for the cash and he quickly loses his patience.
Meanwhile, Dr Cavanagh tells Bernice that he wants to be with her and hates all the secrecy.
Elsewhere, Leyla tries to salvage a relationship.

Victoria's loved ones fear the worst
What will Glen do?
A frantic search is launched for Victoria. Will she be okay?
Meanwhile, Bernice accidentally gets her foot grazed by a dart and as Dr Cavanagh tends to Bernice, they can't resist their attraction and kiss. When Daz approaches, will their secret be found out?
Elsewhere, Maya thanks Jacob for defending her against Leanna. As Maya snuggles up to David on the sofa, Jacob starts to realise he has feelings for her.
Friday
Bernice reaches a final decision. Will she end things with Daz?
Meanwhile, Rhona is on the warpath.
