Meanwhile, Emmerdale teen Jacob Gallagher could face the wrath of David Metcalfe's new girlfriend Maya Stepney.

Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant) finds himself in the firing line when Maya's troublesome daughter Leanna tries to implicate him in a revenge scheme she's hatched against her mum.

The trouble starts when Maya (Louisa Clein) warns Jacob to stay away from Leanna, who's furious over her mother's interference and swears revenge.

Leanna's spiteful plan involves creating homemade leaflets which brand Maya a gold-digger, as well as posting some scandalous accusations on social media.

Needing a defence when Maya confronts her, Leanna (Mimi Slinger) shows her mum one of the nasty leaflets and tries to make out that Jacob is to blame.

When Leanna storms out, Jacob is forced to deal with an upset Maya all on his own. What will she say to him?
