Coronation Street, EastEnders and Emmerdale have revealed their first schedule changes for when the World Cup begins.

Fans should brace themselves for their favourite soaps being shunted around the schedules during the football tournament, which takes place in Russia between June 14 and July 15.

Confirmed TV schedules are now in for the week commencing Monday, June 11 and they include some changes for the big three soaps.

Emmerdale airs an hour-long episode at 7pm on Tuesday, June 12, which means there'll be another clash with EastEnders that night.

Emmerdale also has an hour-long episode at 7pm on Friday, June 15, followed by an hour-long Coronation Street at 8pm that night.

EastEnders shifts to the later time of 9.10pm on Friday, June 15, airing after the Portugal vs Spain game.
