Wow, is this the first time the show has addressed racism since the Lims? They've dealt with homophobia and sexism before, but I don't recall racial prejudice ever being explored. The closest example I can think of is when Terese assumed Leo would know the Udagawas and he told her 'not all Japanese people know each other'.

And it's from a team mate not another team. There is zero tolerance in today's AFL/AFLW.

TV Week has these Neighbours plot teasers:

    Race Against Time.

Karl's life hangs in the balance.

Xanthe holds Karl's life in her hands in Neighbours this week. In dramatic episodes, the teenager is forced to perform CPR when his health takes a serious turn. Is she up to the task?

At home, Dr Karl's (Alan Fletcher) wife Susan (Jackie Woodburne) clings to her husband's leather jacket, hoping desperately he pulls through.

Last week, Karl was injured while searching in bushland for missing Susan and Kirsha (Vani Dhir).

The drama resumes this week with Susan and Kirsha having mader it through the night safely.

However, the same can't be said for Karl. His deep vein thrombosis (DVT) caused him to collapse and break his leg, putting his life in peril.

"He's being treated for DVT and isn't doing well with the medication," Jackie, 62, tells TV WEEK. "He's still in danger of having an embolism, a stroke or another clot. He's in a precarious situation."

Luckily for Karl, Xanthe (Lilly Van der Meer) stumbles across him while she's helping with the search. She calms her panic and tends to his wounds. Her plan is to get Karl to a clearing. where a helicopter can rescue him.

"Xanthe has to reset his broken leg," Jackie explains. "She has to splint it for him without medical aid or pain relief.

"It's a fight-or-flight moment for her. If she doesn't, it could be fatal for Karl."

Just as Xanthe and Karl stumble into a clearing, he lapses into unconsciousness. Xanthe has no option but to perform CPR.

Is this the end for Karl?

    Let's Get Married!

It's been a roller-coaster relationship, but it seems David and Aaron may get their happily-ever-after ending this week.

After obstacles, meddlesome exes and failed proposals, the men are finally on the same page.

When they plan a romantic picnic at the beach, Aaron (Matt Wilson) spontaneously decides to propose to David (Takaya Honda).

But once he's down on bended knee, he's shocked to learn David had been planning to pop the question too! Overjoyed at their double proposal, Aaron and David head home to celebrate.

The pair shares their news with Mark (Scott McGregor). But when he asks when the wedding will be, the lads hit a hurdle.

Aaron is keen to tie to knot as soon as possible, but David reveals he wants to wait a while. Let's hope their disagreement doesn't sour the mood.

    Stranger Danger.

    A Newcomer Catches Elly's Eye.

It seems Elly is in for a blast from the past this week.

When Elly (Jodi Anasta) spots a strangely familiar face from afar, she's caught off-guard. Intrigued by the mystery woman, Elly quickly decides to follow her.

To our disappointment, she loses sight of the tattooed brunette, whose identity remains unknown. We can't wait to find out who it is!

Been a few relatives of previous or current cast members. Actor who played Josh was Carla Bonner's son (Steph) And of course Olympia Valance sister of Holly. Haven't warmed to Chloe yet - she looks great but seems like a limited actress
