But I can't help but wonder how Alya is working alongside her STepgrandfather and cannot see his forward facing computer screen spying on her Grandmother, !

One of the biggest criticisms of this storyline is that Yasmeen started out as a fairly strong character and now she's allowing herself to be manipulated and controlled by Geoff. But I'm wondering if this is why Geoff is trying to control her in the first place - he's threatened by strong women and feels he has to "cut her down to size", if I can put it that way. A bit creepy, of course, but it's a possibility.

I wish she had hit him over the head with it! but it just shows how some people are controlled by their partners, Poor Yas, lost her money cards, get minimum housekeeping and now he records her by mobile phone showing her terrified, would love Alya to find that recording and start watching him.
Good story and nice to see "older" residents having a strong story
