TV Week has the following Neighbours plot teasers:

    Baby Emergency.

In Pain And Fearing For Her Unborn Child, Mishti Is Rushed To Hospital.

She's only just come to terms with being pregnant. But when young Erinsborough cop Mishti is sped to hospital in terrible pain this week in Neighbours, she's gripped by the fear she could lose her baby.

Is Mishti's (Scarlet Vas) world about to come crashing down?

"All of a sudden, she goes, 'Something's wrong - I need to get to hospital,'" Scarlet, 22, says of Mishti's medical emergency.

The drama unfolds when Mishti finds out Leo (Tim Kano) fibbed to her about his trip to London. He went to the UK to prove Paul's innocence over a fatal fire.

"He [Leo] lied to her about why he was going," Scarlet explains. "It really stressed her out and wasn't a good thing to have going on while she's pregnant."

Mishti has always been uncomfortable about dating the son of an unethical businessman. And the fact that Leo has been offered a promotion at Lassiter's is the last straw as far as she's concerned.

"They've had so many trust issues in the past," Tim, 31, says. "Mishti has that moral conflict of being a police officer, yet, she's dealing with a boyfriend who could potentially be a bit corrupt when it comes to his family."

Mishti goes to confront Leo over his upsetting betrayal. She demands he not get sucked further into Paul's devious games.

But Leo doesn't want to listen, so Mishti vents to David about his brother's behavior. It's at that moment that Mishti doubles over in agony and is soon rushed to hospital.

    Will she lose her baby?

    Blast From The Past.

    Plain Jane Superbrain's Big Return.

She left Erinsborough almost 30 years ago. Now, Jane is back in town.

While the reason for her visit is unclear, it's obvious Jane (Annie Jones) is not the shy teen she once was.

Jane waltzes straight back into her old home number 32, interrupting Chloe's (April Rose Pengilly) hook-up in the spa.

Jane is, understandably, outraged by what she sees.

"She's a slightly different Jane to what we all remember," Annie, 51, explains.

Spending so much time looking after her conservative grandmother, Nell Mangel (the late Vivean Gray) has rubbed off on Jane. And that old-fashioned attitude is unleashed when she sees Chloe openly pashing Brandon (Nick Bracks).

But while Jane has adopted Mrs Mangel's views, one thing hasn't changed. And that's Jane's quirky nickname. "Plain Jane Superbrain".

"She's a bit of a smart cookie - and is just as smart, if not smarter, now," Annie laughs.

No doubt fans will be waiting to find out what Paul thinks of his old friend coming back to town after all these years.

    Heart To Heart.

David encourages Rafael To Move On From His Vendetta.

Rafael came to Erinsborough on a revenge mission, but instead has found love with David. And now that justice seems a long way off, David wants Rafael to move on.

The Brit believes Paul is responsible for a factory fire that killed his mother years ago in Brazil. Rafael (Ryan Thomas) has been traumatized by her death and bares horrifying scars on his back from the incident.

This week, however, evidence surfaces that could well prove Paul's innocence in the blaze.

David encourages Rafael to put the vendetta against Paul behind him. But Rafael vows to continue his quest to find who was responsible.

But surely that could spell the end for David and Rafael?
