    Casualty Spoilers 24th March 2018

It's the morning of Glen and Robyn's wedding. Glen is horrified when he has a seizure while getting ready in his hotel room. As an oblivious Robyn accepts a gift of a honeymoon in Devon from Charlie and Duffy, Glen seeks out Dylan at the hospital. Dylan performs a CT scan on Glen, and confirms it's bad news – the cancer is back. He wants to admit Glen, but Glen leaves the hospital against Dylan's wishes and instead goes to tell Robyn the bad news.

Glen loses his conviction when he sees his beautiful and happy bride in her wedding dress. Determined to get married and ignoring Dylan's calls, Glen keeps quiet and says his vows, covering another seizure by passing his temporary loss of speech off as a sign of his emotion.

Married at last, Glen and Robyn happily set off on honeymoon, stopping along the way to have a romantic first dance on the side of the road. But as they set off again, Glen suffers another, larger seizure. Terrified, a desperate Robyn turns the car back towards the ED, only for another vehicle to crash into the side of their car.

Meanwhile, Jacob is upset that Elle ignored his calls last night – he needed her help with Blake's homework. Elle insists she was at a conference, but Jacob is furious when he realises that Elle asked Alicia to prescribe her the morning after pill.

Jacob and Elle argue over parental responsibilities, and it becomes clear that Jacob's anger comes from a fear that he's going to fail his son. But when Jacob discovers Blake actually got a B+, he realises he likes being involved and tells Ethan he's stepping down as Clinical Nurse Manager in order to focus on being a dad.

Elsewhere, Alicia and Louise treat a young woman who has suffered a fall and dislocated her shoulder. Niamh is disappointed when the medics assume she has an eating disorder, insisting they are misunderstanding her just as her estranged parents did.

Also this week, Rash treats Mattie, a woman who has suffered from anxiety since losing her fiancé. Mattie is convinced she is going to die today after a tarot card reader presented her with the death card.
