Gray is questioned by the police over Chantelle's death. When Karen, Mitch and the rest of the family return from their trip, they discover what has happened.

Mitch also quickly starts to realise that something isn't right between Kheerat and Gray.

Meanwhile, Ruby confides in Martin about the trouble she has been having with the fraudulent bank charges. Later, Stacey returns to the Square.

Elsewhere, Callum continues to struggle after Thompson's offer, especially after he hears Phil and Ritchie discussing Ben. Phil also puts Callum on the spot by asking whether he knew about Ben's plan ahead of time.


Tuesday 22 September 2020 at 19:35 on BBC One

Stacey approaches Ruby and then meets separately with Martin, who isn't happy over her return. Stacey explains that she won't be staying in the Square for long.

Later, Ruby turns the tables on Stacey ? insisting that she has to stick around so Martin can see the kids.

Meanwhile, at the police station, Ben is told that his story can't be verified. The police explain that Ben would be released if he revealed a more convincing story.

Elsewhere, Kheerat opens up to Mitch about how he helped Chantelle in her final few days alive. Mitch is surprised to hear that Chantelle was trying to leave Gray. Kheerat considers also revealing his feelings for Chantelle, but Suki doesn't want him to share too much.

Also today, Sharon's plan backfires when she threatens to move out of The Vic, while Denise insists Isaac can't tutor Amy anymore as the schoolgirl has a crush on him.


Thursday 24 September 2020 at 19:35 on BBC One

Kheerat has another meeting with Mitch, explaining that he regularly spoke to Chantelle during lockdown and discovered that she wasn't happy with Gray. He suggests that Gray must have found this out, leading to a fatal row.

After giving this some thought, Mitch shares Kheerat's theory with Karen, upsetting her in the process.

Meanwhile, Ian continues to stall Max over the return of his money. Max tells Linda about how he signed over his half of the restaurant to Ian, and she shares the news with Sharon.

Elsewhere, Isaac discovers a bag of weed on the floor and promises to hand it in ? witnessed by Amy.

Also today, Kat reminds Stacey about everything she missed involving Jean while she was away.


Friday 25 September 2020 at 20:30 on BBC One

Amy refuses to go to school and tells Denise that she saw Isaac smoking weed.

Isaac is stunned by the accusations and claims that Amy is lying, but Jack doesn't believe him. Isaac continues to insist that he threw the weed in the bin and believes Amy is lying because of her crush on him.

Meanwhile, Gray is visited by the police, who have new information.

Elsewhere, Ruby pushes Martin to be honest if he still has feelings for Stacey, but he denies it. Martin clashes with Stacey again and decides to go away on a break with Ruby.

Also today, Ian promises Sharon that he'll pay Max back and apologises for his harsh treatment of her.
