When his patient loses his nerve and Oliver is faced with the truth behind Roxanna's project, what will he choose to do?
Meanwhile, Lofty gets a surprise visitor on the ward and struggles to hide them from Morven. But when Morven comes face to face with this patient, she must decide how to deal with her past and whether to ask the questions she doesn't want answered.
Elsewhere, Sacha must rally his team to meet the challenge of successfully implementing SAINT. As they face complications and overcome adversities, will they be able to send patients home in time and prove Holby's worth?
