The latest TV Week has the following plot teasers for H&A this week:

    Death In The Bay.

A Shocking Murder Is Set To Rock The Town.

Fans of Home and Away should be prepared to be shocked. In a dramatic series of events, a character will be killed off in this week's gripping episodes.

Kat (Pia Miller) and Robbo's (Jake Ryan) lives are on the line after they come face to face with deadly assassin Novak (Mirko Grillini). And Justin (James Stewart) and new girl Willow (Sarah Roberts) are in the thick of the action too.

    Kat-napped.

Robbo is on edge after his girlfriend Kat agrees to testify at the trial of her violent ex, Dylan Carter. The last person who testified wound up dead!

"He's quite aware people are after Kat," Jake,34, tells TV WEEK. "Agreeing to testify in court puts her in the line of fire."

Believing Kat and their unborn baby's lives are in serious danger, Robbo has armed the apartment with security monitors. But it could be too little, too late.

"Robbo's on high alert," Jake reveals. "He's covering his own tracks and trying to keep Kat safe at the same time."

At the apartment, Robbo receives a text message from Alf offering him work at the pier.

He's reluctant to leave Kat alone, but after she reassures him she'll be fine, Robbo leaves. But he has no idea he's walked straight past Novak, who is hiding behind a tree!

Robbo meets Alf at the pier. However, he's confused when Alf insists he didn't send him a text message. Suddenly, a horrified Robbo realizes who sent the text - Novak!

Meanwhile, an armed Novak enters the flat and grabs Kat. She yells for help, but is quickly silenced. Novak drags her to a car outside and gets in, just as Robbo arrives home. He gives chase, but he's no match for the speeding vehicle.

"For Robbo, there's no question of the importance of getting to Kat," Jake says.

Robbo rushes to the police station, where they track Novak's car to a local wrecking yard. Despite their warnings to stay away, he roars off.

At the wrecking yard, Kat is tied inside a car, which is set to be crushed! Robbo races to the forklift and attempts to free her. Robbo notices she's clutching her stomach. Is the baby OK?

Suddenly, Novak approaches with a gun. Robbo tackles him. As they scuffle, the gun goes off. Who has been shot?

(I think we all know it won't be Robbo!!)

    Oh, Boyd.

Willow's past haunts her this week when crime boss Boyd (Steve Le Marquand) comes looking for his money.

Fans will recall the leather-clad woman wasted no time in causing trouble when she arrived in town. Not only did she accuse Justin of stealing $15,000, she delivered a mean right hook as well!

"Willow doesn't like it when things don't go her way or when things are difficult," Sarah says.

Having made amends, Willow and Justin seem to be getting along quite nicely. But there's still the pesky problem of the money and who it belongs to.

As it turns out, she borrowed the money from the wrong people.

"She works for some dangerous people who won't stop until they get what they want," Sarah explains.

At his house, Justin answers the door to find a stranger. It's Boyd and he wants his money - or else!

Justin insists he doesn't have it, but Boyd pulls out a gun and threatens to kill him and Willow if the money doesn't show up.

"They're in deep trouble if Willow doesn't find the money," Sarah says.

With no sign of the cash, it seems Willow and Justin could be about to eat lead. Uh-oh!

    Love Gone Wrong.

Hunter Botches His Proposal to Olivia.

His attempt to ask long-term girlfriend Olivia to marry him ends badly for poor Hunter this week.

Hunter is all nerves when he invites Olivia to Salt. He has the ring, a bottle of champagne and plans to pop the question.

Budding fashion designer Olivia arrives not knowing what Hunter has in store. But she's soon distracted by a call from her business partner, Axel. When it ends, Hunter clumsily knocks over the champers, sending the ring skidding across the floor.

Olivia sees the ring, but assumes it's lost property and comments on how awful it is. Ouch!

A crushed Hunter has missed his chance. And he might not get another one, as it seems Axel is keen on mixing business with pleasure.

    What will Olivia do?

TV Week also has this story:

    Saving Luc.

Who Will Win Custody Of The Baby?

The battle for baby Luc leads to a shock departure from Home and Away this week. And one of five characters could potentially be on their way.

Since rapist Mick's arrival in Summer Bay, protecting Luc from his grasp has been paramount for Ash, Leah, VJ, and Irene.

But when a paternity test proved the baby is, in fact, Mick's biological daughter as a result of him raping Billie, he applied for custody.

By the end of the week, their lives will change forever following a departure from Summer Bay to save Luc.

Let's take a look at who could be leaving town....

    Mick

When Mick first laid eyes on baby Luc, it was love at first sight. The criminal maintains he's a changed man and is desperate to win custody of his daughter.

"He's made some really wrong choices," Kristian, 42, says of Mick. "They may have been made out of his anger at feeling abandoned by his mother, Irene."

After reporting Ash's violent actions against him to police, they're inclined tom take Luc away. Mick can't bear the idea of not being with her.

    Will he kidnap Luc?

    Irene

Luc's grandmother, Irene, adores the infant. But her guilt about her unstable son Mick overshadows her love for Luc.

"Mick was passed around from house to house in bad foster-care scenarios," Lynne, 64, tells TV WEEK. "She blames herself, and thinks he might have turned out a better person if she'd protected him."

As Mick's custody plea gains momentum. will a desperate Irene flee Summer Bay with the child to save them both?

"She doesn't know what else to do," Lynne reveals.

    Ash

His violent temper saw him lose girlfriend Tori for a while. Now, it could be used against Ash in court as he fights for custody of his beloved niece.

Last week, he and Tori decided to go on the run to New Zealand. However, on the day of their departure, Mick exposed their plans and turned them into the police. This is a spanner in the works, for sure.

But Ash is a wily one. He's determined to keep Mick away from Luc and give her the best chance at a normal life - no matter what it takes.

    VJ & Leah

The pair lost their right to custody after the paternity test confirmed once and for all that VJ wasn't Luc's biological father. But that certainly won't stop VJ and mum Leah from fighting to keep the youngster safe. When Ash's plan goes awry, VJ and Leah arrive at the house with an idea to fool Mick and the police. Can they pull it off?

[I think my earlier theory that VJ will leave SB with Luc is looking pretty certain now....]
