Yeah, I've known people who haven't shown at all too
It is possible to get a false negative on a pregnancy test which is why many people do multiple tests in real life.
I didn't know about the naming of the baby, but I can absolutely say that this is true and that the birth occurs sometime next week. The cast list shows Jane Hogarth is reprising her role as Judith Roberts - a midwife who has previously delivered Bethany Platt, Jake Windass, Harry Platt, and Zack Rubinstein on-screen.

Coronation Street's producer Iain MacLeod has promised a light-hearted storyline for Abi Webster this year.
Abi featured prominently in the first half of 2022 thanks to her baby storyline with Toyah and Imran Habeeb. Since finally winning custody of her young son Alfie, Abi has taken a turn out of the spotlight while other characters take centre stage.
In a recent chat with Digital Spy and other media, Corrie's producer Iain MacLeod revealed that he's holding back on a proposed plot for Abi because it's "a bit similar to another story we're telling at the moment".
He explained: "[It'll] just have to wait. But it involves Abi reconnecting with somebody from her past, who transpires to be the last possible person you'd expect to find in her backstory.
"That will cause a massive culture clash comedy. She meets somebody from her past she has a historical connection with, who is the polar opposite, so it's an odd couple story.
"We are very keen to see Abi happy and Sally Carman feels like that too ? she must have felt wrung out by the end of all those big stories. We want her and Kevin to be happy but never too comfortable so it's boring. They'll be happy but we'll throw stuff at them."
Abi will also get involved in the upcoming issue-based storyline involving the Street's younger characters.
Although firm details of the plot have not yet been announced, the ITV1 soap is planning to explore a topic that affects the teens but causes ripple effects for the wider Weatherfield community.
MacLeod said: "[Abi] becomes a key confidante to one of the youngsters in the big socially responsible issue story.
"Abi becomes a surrogate mum and has big dilemmas about whose version of events does she believe and who does she side with? That causes her to investigate her own history of substance misuse over the years."

Coronation Street offers first look at Abi Webster's major new story
Coronation Street star Sally Carman is currently filming a previously teased new story for her character Abi Webster.
Abi has been keeping her head down following her custody battle ordeal for baby Alfie, but new pictures obtained by Digital Spy confirm the mechanic will bump into an old face again.
New snaps from set see Abi handing out some cash to drug dealer Dean Turnbull, played once again by Anthony Crank. Abi, who is a recovering drug addict, has relapsed before, with her shenanigans with Dean having seen them involved in an auto theft from Kevin's garage.
The dramatic moment took a turn when Abi realised she was pregnant and had a change of heart, but Dean didn't think twice about leaving her stranded by the side of a road.
The duo met again in another dangerous showdown, with Abi falling and banging her head and the drug dealer leaving her for dead. But their encounters didn't stop there, with Abi recently defending Cassie Plummer, portrayed by Claire Sweeney, against Dean when Cassie owed him money.
Speaking about the storyline earlier in the year, Corrie producer Iain MacLeod promised a "massive culture clash comedy" between Abi and someone from her past.
It isn't clear whether this person really is Dean, but it seems they will "be the last possible person you'd expect to find in her backstory".
"She meets somebody from her past she has a historical connection with, who is the polar opposite, so it's an odd couple story," MacLeod also said in an interview published in January.
