    Exclamation EastEnders Spoilers 4th - 8th September 2017

EastEnders has revealed a first look at the show's upcoming disaster episodes – pinpointing Phil Mitchell and Stacey Fowler as potential victims.

Fans can look forward to dramatic scenes early next month as a gas explosion rips through Albert Square in the middle of the Walford In Bloom celebrations.

The shock incident will take place on Monday, September 4, with the rest of that week's episodes exploring the devastating aftermath.

We can now reveal that the storyline will see the Mitchell family left panic-stricken when they realise that Phil was near the site of the explosion.

As seen in the picture at the top of the page, Ben, Louise, Sharon and family friend Michelle Fowler are all left fearing for Phil.

Martin Fowler (James Bye) will also be terrified when he's unable to find his pregnant wife Stacey after the blast.

It's no secret that one character won't survive the week, so could we be about to lose a fan favourite?

I can't see them killing Stacey off whilst she's pregnant or Phil for that matter. Both are obvious red herrings.

I know Steven is leaving. But I kinda hope he isn't the one to die, as again so obvious.
