Ok I will try and help a bit:

    1. Save soem pictures in a folder where you will be able to find them
    2. Open up PSP
    3. Press the New Page (White Sheet paper as small Icon)
    4. Make sure its Pixels and tpye in 150 x 125
    5. Open all you photos
    6. Now right-click and copy a picture, go to the white bit (your page) and then right-click on the white background and click on paste new selection, move it around and click down where you want it to be placed!!
    7. Carry on doing this, re-arrange your photos where you want them
    8. Now for a frame (this is what I do) Go to Help, go down to learning Centre, click on Graphics, then click on Add a Picture Frame, click on Step 2 where it says Perform this step for me... then choose a suitable frame!!
    9. After choosing close the help box, close all pciture boxes except your banner box (your page)
    10. Now for the writing click on A and then choose a style where a toolbar should appear and choose colour by going to Materials. Then choose line stlye as - - - - - etc.
    11. Now write your writing!! Then wallah you got a banner. Go to File, Save as[B], then go to Save As Type (Find JPEG. and click on that. Then Type in a title then Save!!
    12. Now close PSP and then go to www.photobucket.com and upload your picture!! Or should I say banner!!
    13. + then post it on here
