Jac and Fran work together on a highly sensitive and complex case with a patient that they knew from childhood.
Fran finds it especially hard to cope under the strain and the cracks start to appear.
Meanwhile, Raf is ribbed by Fletch, spotting that he likes Essie a bit more than he's letting on, and encourages him to give things another go. But will Essie feel the same way?
Elsewhere, when Donna's old school mate is admitted, she soon realises how her life has been completely turned upside down. She has to face her fear – to sort out her marriage once and for all.
