We’re not ones to jump the gun – at all – but we’re mega convinced that au pair Ingrid could be being lined up as a potential new love interest for her new boss. Will Jack find joy at last following the death of Ronnie Mitchell or is it too soon?
Honey Mitchell has seen that Jack has needed help and Jack’s admission that he could do with support is what leads to Ingrid calling round for an interview for a position as au pair. Jack gives her short shrift when she arrives early but despite a bad start, Ingrid is determined to make an impression.

Jack is forced to take back his hostile reception to the newcomer when she proves herself as more than capable with the kids, who love her. As a result, Jack offers her the position on a trial basis, which means that she will be sticking around.
