When Jez comes clean and reveals it's Mickey, Louise is shocked. However, after the events of the previous week have left the ED reeling, Jez is torn.
Meanwhile, Charlie makes it his mission to raise the spirits of the department.
Elsewhere, a revelation about recent events leave Ethan reeling.
