I know what the term means but it's not one I would have heard in this part of the Kingdom. Even Big Jim McDonald's "Big House" is not in common parlance.

i just saw her coming down the stairs seeing aaron and legging it, unless done over the phone off screen

I think you are right that she did place her order. We saw her coming from another part of the restuarant through an open doorway, In the background we could see the toilet door, so she may have went there after placing her order.
