    Presumably he can because part of his case was that he only confessed under duress.

    He should have pleaded not guilty and challenged the way he had been treated in custody. He was a murder suspect. Automatically granted a solicitor. What on earth was the solicitor playing at ?

    His daughter killed her because he was having an affair with his colleague and his wife helped to cover it up.
