Why was there a need for the bit about Adam needing surgery for a bleed behind his eye when soon after he was out and about as if nothing had happened.
Was it just to fill in a few minutes show time or was it setting the scene for a further complication to arise in the future?

None of that made sense, he would not have been able to just walk about into the police station the way he did with broken bones and ribs and a little bit of blurred vision when Lydia first came to see him, after that no problems at all .. scriptwriters must have had a boozy lunch before they wrote that scene...

Switched on tonight and thought I was watching "Confession of a Taxi Driver".

Must be getting desperate for stories when they spend so much time on Tim and Sally's "mucky goings on"

Get one what? An apology or a 'free lunch' as described by his conquest who humiliated him?

Can Craig now stop moaning about having to leave the Police Force, It was purely his self righteous decision.

I have no idea why Laura needed to confess to murder? Is this how she wants her daughter to remember her ? If she wanted to protect Windass, she didn't need to do anything

In any case, there will still be DNA searches

So is Adam taking all his previous conquests to lunch at the Bistro, just across the street from where his wife works? I hope he understands now that not all his exes will have suffered as badly as Lydia did ...

Last night we had this dialogue:
Tim: The cardiologist told me I had to refrain from intimacy,
    Steve: What? Even self-intimacy?
Tim: Oh yeah, way too risky.

Then people wonder why I watch this great comedy!
I'm sure in previous lives some of the scriptwriters must have written for the Carry On films. I just don't know how they manage to get away with it in a soap-opera.
