The way I see it, Moira doesn't have any consideration for anyone else, so hence her telling Liz she was moving in, rather than asking her. To prove my point, I noticed Moira then started guzzling Liz's glass of wine.

It makes me wonder when we see someone taking somebody else's takeaway coffee/tea with lid on, how do they know if it is or isn't sweetened or has milk when they take it black.
