Almost everyone knows you never get rich through those pyramid selling schemes, how come Sean doesn't?

It's worse than that, because they did know. It had been discussed before that this sort of thing might happen. It was why Ken instituted his regime of giving Peter a small amount of booze each day. So when Peter decided he would rather go cold turkey (or cold jigsaw puzzle), they all knew what the consequences could be. I think it was a bit of pretty unbelievable scripting.

I am not religious, but you could see this in the context as the Devil's temptation of Jesus. Lucas tempted Carla with the offer of a better life in Devon, but Carla showed strength of character and rejected him, thus standing by her man.

I used to work on night shift with someone who drank vodka before coming to work and I could always smell it on his breath. In my experience I think it is true that vodka has less of a smell but it does still leave an odour on the breathe

What is wrong with Corra, it has to be the most boring programme on TV, I don't actually feel I care about any of the characters any more😆
