And why would Ray give the planning chair another ?20k? She'd be in just as much, if not more, deep doo doo if the bribe ever came to light and her threat that she would say he coerced and threatened her is pretty meaningless as, if it was true, she would have reported him at the time. In any case, why is she blaming Ray about the appeal against the planning application and saying he told her there wouldn't be any objections? As planning chair, she should know that any of the parties involved could appeal - how could Ray guarantee there wouldn't be any?

Yes I think she sold the salon and the flat above, which is why Emma, Alina and Seb needed to find somewhere else to live. Not sure about the barber's, I do not think that is in a place that Ray needs for the development.
Incidentally what happened about the guy that was going to sue David, when Shona cut his hair. Have they forgotten about that or did I miss that bit?
Wonder if Debbie will now admit that Ray caused the sink hole, and allow David to get his house back?
