    It is nice that the Coronation Street production team asked the local primary school to come up with tonight's script but I do think it would have been better if some adults had edited all this stuff with Brian and Mary and Tyrone and Toyah and Michael at Underworld before it was actually broadcast.

    Coronation Street used to be so good at comedy. What happened?

    I agree with that comment.
    Corro used to be something that didn't take itself too seriously, and was quite happy at trivial humorous comments and odd scenes. It does seem to have disappeared in recent years.

    Those were the Days! - Those scenes this week were so juvenile. Apart from anything else I don't think anyone would mistake a cornflower for a dog rose, even someone who has little or no knowledge of gardening. Everyone knows what a rose looks like. Very lazy writing.
