All Ray has is footage of Abi in the shower, which doesn't necessarily imply that they slept together and just makes him look like even more of a sexual predator. And Abi didn't even know he had this footage when she was begging him to leave Kevin alone and punish her instead.

Ray just wanted to prove that Abi was prepared to go to bed with him, and she was wearing lingerie. That seemed enough to put Kevin off.
