Most of them live next door or opposite to the pub so no need to drive ....

I just meant the idea that Nick could buy in to the factory without any sort of prior meeting or anything with Carla, but also meant that the same principle would apply elsewhere.

For instance years ago I'm sure the Rovers was briefly owned by Mike Baldwin and two other guys, and every time there was a decision regarding any sort of major thing they all had to be in on it.

That's different. If any new working practices were to be introduced, new contracts let, new pay rates, new equipment bought, etc., the owners would have to get together and agree. But there would be nothing to stop Peter selling his share to whoever he likes.

Am I the only one who wonders how slimy Nick keeps getting the women? I've always felt he's a smug git and I STILL doubt the legality of him just being able to buy into the factory like that without any consultation with any other share holder. That would hold true if it was Carla selling and someone buying in. And who the hell does he think he is more or less trying to get Carla out her own office. Despite what he said about being equal partners he treats Carla more as an employee than anything else. Personally I think Nick is one of the most irritating and unlikeable characters on the show.
Nick bought Peter's share, who was an equal partner or held more than Carla

This storyline has already delivered one of the tackiest lines ever uttered on Coronation Street, by the creepy new "friend" - something about her boyfriend discovering her breast lump while they were "making Sweet Love". Yuk! Way too much information!

She's probably just read some random stuff off the internet which to be honest is not the best source as anyone can put up anything.
Sinead should be fighting for her life and her baby's life and a vegan diet is not the way, the show should portray people who would do anything no matter how nauseating it makes them feel to have a chance at life

She's fighting for her baby more than herself. She believes that ANY treatment is bad for the baby. It may well be right, but I thought what the hospital recommended ( low dose treatment ) was a happy medium.

But there are plenty of pregnant women that will risk their own lives to safe that of their baby .. I am sure the fact she has advanced cancer has much to do with her decision .. I have no idea how I would have reacted if I had ever been in that situation ...

I just want to shake her and tell her listen to the doctors

Are the calls from the prison not recorded, convenient Sally was able to call Sophie at that time on her mobile

I am still curious as to Duncan's motives, greed or is he working with someone else, either way I want to see his smug lies caught out, the actor is doing a good job, also is Imran still his solicitor as why was he in court?

I think if Tim goes with Gina, another good character is ruined
