Having recently been involved with some DNA test results from a lab (don't ask!), I don't see how he could have changed the results unless he completely re-wrote the form, you couldn't just change the results on the form. I'm also a bit surprised (no, I'm not - this is a soap!) that the results weren't sent electronically as well as by post.

With Sarah not seeing/reading the original letter she would not know whether what she has now is the original or a new one done by Stephen.
Whatever, she did not look happy over the result.
We still don't know the result.

Why would Stephen change the results? How would it benefit him? I need to start watching regularly again.

I think they were let down by Stephen not being able to con any money out of anyone to bankroll them, so they never had a business.
Did it also turn out that because Michael had done the design work during Underworld time, they held the rights to them.
