Alya reasons for blaming Sally are probably wrong, but Sally could be blamed for being the main instigator of the strike which caused the workers to be in the factory and for Gina and Sally to be on the roof.
Feel sorry for Gina, with Tim being nasty to her as I think it was Sally's stupid and childish behavior that lead to her falling through the roof.

I wouldn't be surprised, Michelle always makes sure she comes out on top. Her attitude recently has been foul even by her standards.
