I can't understand how Billy is so isolated anyway. Even if he's had to step down from his duties, surely his parishioners, colleagues or the Bishop would have visited him by now? Eileen seemed to be his only visitor when he was in hospital. I know he doesn't really have a family apart from Lee but surely there is some kind of support network for him within the Church?

I liked Brian's hair, though he looked good. Audrey getting annoyed is obviously a plot device to force Bethany back to lap dancing, I really hate these contrived situations.

Bethany is just annoying at the moment. Yes, it's probably irritating to have some old guy call you a "bobby dazzler" but unless he's being crude or "inappropriate" you just have to put up with it. If she worked in the Rovers she'd probably get remarks like that all the time - how would she cope?

Bette Lynch used to call people love and I think chuck, don't remember anyone complaining, but this was before the days of PC
