When Justin's sister first appeared she was quite sympathetic towards Daisy, now she seems to be as nasty as him. Was she always like this and just pretending to be nice, or did the writers change their mind at some point?

Corrie have never been good at courtroom drama, but they really excelled themselves here. In what world would it not be mentioned or questioned, when a defendant claimed "it was not me wot done it, it was the victim" and allowed to do so unchallenged?
