I disagree. He asked Chesney whether he wanted to work for him or the Supermarket. Chesney rejected him.

Can somebody explain why Fiz is in trouble with the police for buying a shotgun for the second hand shop where she took it and it was locked away immediately by Gary before it got stolen. Fiz bought the gun in good faith, thought it was decommissioned and left it with Gary, her employer. ??

Only reason I can think of is that she did not have a licence, which I would think you need before buying a gun. But I don't think this would be seen as a very serious offence, since she believed it to be decommissioned. - A very contrived situation. - Presumably Gary wanted to keep it quiet because he does not want the police to take a closer look at his business dealings.

No, Gemma rejected him. Chesney asked her why she did that.

Chesney chose the Supermarket and is too weak to control Gemma and her mother

the lies about the gun used in a hostage and shootings won't have helped her either

No he didn't . Dev asked him if he wanted Freschos or the kebab shop and before he could reply Gemma replied Freschos. Then when Dev had gone Chesney asked her why she had said that .

Has Beverley callard fallen out with the producers? It would seem to be the only thing that explains the clothes the wardrobe department choose for her.

I think this is indicative of the fact that they are struggling to come up with new believable storylines, Geoff is just becoming ridiculous as is this nonsense with Tim and Sally. Sally is acting like a drama queen any normal person would just laugh off the situation, after all Charlie has agreed to a divorce.
