Has there ever, in the history of Corrie, been a more pointless character than Daisy? If all the dozy scriptwriters can come up with is her laughable obsession with splitting Jenny and Johnny up, then they should pay the actress off now in the name of kindness!

I have been trying to understand Daisy's motivation for a while now. Is it just mischieve or is she an evil, scheming, manipulating ne'er do well? She and her boyfriend turned up at The Rovers, I thought on their way to somewhere else. He seem to continue on, I cannot remember if she finished with him, and she has now foisted herself on Jenny who has given her a job even though she did not need another barmaid as they hardly have any customers during lockdown (lockdown?????). Does she have an ulterior motive or is she just interfering for the fun of it?

Much as Simon is becoming an evil little git (again), I think Leanne did need a talking to. Again she ejects Nick from his own bloody flat as well.

Someone PLEASE punch that smirking git Jacob in the face, I really can't stand him.
