I was thinking Amy as well, but could it be Daniel? I do think he's got a bit of a dark side that we haven't seen much of yet. Could he have found out about Ken's interfering and confronted him, pushing him down the stairs..Daniel is a really interesting character, he seems nice and quite shy, but I think there is something darker bubbling underneath the surface.
