Thing is that Danny didn't ask Brian outright, it was Sinead's suggestion, still puzzling the way Ken went on.

Is anyone else getting tired of Seb, really, I think he's his own worst enemy at times. Abi is a waster/loser etc because she's unemployed among other things, she has a job, she's stealing it from him. Abi offers to give it up for him, he goes on about how he doesn't want charity.

Eileen was right about the way he was acting.

Also, I see Michelle has established herself as the only one who has a say in running the Bistro.

They used to be but the writers seem to have forgotten this. I can't understand why they're making two intelligent characters rivals, when they could be building a nice little trio with Roy, Ken and Brian.

What a let down with the Shona/Clayton scenes. Lolly is horrible. No wonder her boyfriend did the dirty.

Now, I'm no prude....but I've noticed the words "Fart" and "A R S E" being used on Coronation Street of recent.

Not exactly 'class A' swearwords, I know, but it seems to be setting some sort of lazy precedent, given that (despite it's many adult themes) the show (in it's timeslot) is still considered a family show (and probably watched by a huge ammount of young children?)

I love David calling his mother Gail, Jack is an excellent actor, plays David so well and was wasted in the dark Shona and Clayton storyline, he was the only saving grace of it for me

I do not think David and Shona work as a couple
