Problem is filming it as a deliberate murder, should mean he gets at least ten or fifteen years.

I was hoping for that kind of storyline when it was clear that his exit would be at the same time as Stephen's.. quite logical, I get it but I still come back to lazy scriptwriting, exciting exits I have never seen...

If that is the case, they must be the luckiest family ever.

Would be more deserved for him than it was for his sister

When you are hit at speed by a car you tend to fly up over the bonnet, but Stephen flew through the air staight ahead. They are trying to tell a story and filmed it to tell another story. If Peter saw that Jenny was no longer in danger, are we meant to believe that he deliberately killed Stepen in front of witnesses.
It seems after dragging this tale out for months, they decided to wrap it up quickly and did not think it through.
I see it as an admission of assault.

Craigie has had the fastest promotion in the history of the police force, from a lowly cop to a plain clothes detective in a matter of a few years.

Yes, it shouldn?t be allowed that he questions friends and neighbours or even sits in on an interview with neighbours.

When you deliberately hit someone with a car and kill them I think it is more than assault.

    Yes but not murder.

If Young Tinker had been on a CID Course he might have been advised not to keep gurning during interviews.
