Monday
Michelle receives an unexpected phone call from Preston's mother, who wants to know where he is. She lies that she doesn't know, but is clearly worried by the development and insists to Preston that it's time for him to leave.
After a difficult day for Michelle, Preston finally realises that his presence in Walford is having a negative impact on her and finally agrees to go. However, the chemistry between the pair is still there and they end up getting passionate in the living room.

Meanwhile, Shirley asks Ben and Kathy whether they can help Mick. Mick refuses to take any of Ben's money, so Shirley comes up with another way they can use Ben's cash.
Elsewhere, Martin has a meeting with the school headteacher after Keegan's revenge against Bex. Madison and Alexandra warn Bex not to mention their names – and it's clear just how serious the situation will be when it's revealed that the police will be getting involved.
Also today, Ian tells Steven that he's worried after receiving a text about his test results.
Tuesday
Martin's world is turned upside down when he is called back to the school and hears something shocking.
Later, Bex refuses to explain what's been going on, so a furious Martin reacts badly by shunning his daughter.
Meanwhile, Mick tries to take his mind off his endless problems by getting drunk during Sylvie's birthday at the Queen Vic. Whitney intervenes with her own plan to help, but Mick is embarrassed when he finds out what she's done.
Later on, Whitney explains herself by admitting that she feels responsible for the Carter family's current issues. After hearing what Whitney has said, Mick breaks down.
Thursday
Mick receives an unexpected offer which would potentially keep him out of jail, but he shocks everyone by refusing to take it.
With a prison sentence for Mick now looking likely, Johnny orders his dad to tell Linda the truth about Lee and the debts before he gets sent down.
Meanwhile, Sylvie shares an upsetting memory about the past with Shirley and Tina. Tina is far more sympathetic than Shirley, leading to an argument between the sisters.

Elsewhere, Shakil has finally had enough of Keegan and the tension between the two boys leads to a fight. Carmel isn't impressed by the commotion and gives her son some harsh home truths. With concern mounting over all the recent drama in Walford, Carmel suggests that Denise should hold a community meeting.
Also today, Whitney offers Lauren some advice about her relationship with Steven. However, her presence isn't welcome everywhere as Shirley warns her to back off from Mick.
Finally, Bex and Louise discuss recent events.
Friday
The Carters remain oblivious to Shirley's plan - and Mick does his best to change her mind.
Meanwhile, Ian attends his appointment and receives his test results.
Elsewhere, Lauren tries to have some romantic time with Steven.
