Monday

Aaron's cellmate can see that he's in a bad way after being beaten up and offers him a joint to help ease the pain, but he refuses to take it. Not long afterwards, Aaron has another frightening encounter when he's pushed hard to the ground during a confrontation with Jason and his gang. When Jason goes a step further with a surprise revelation, Aaron is close to having a panic attack.

Later, the prison chaplain Father Aidan offers support to Aaron – but will he be willing to accept it?

Meanwhile, Victoria sees how much Robert is struggling without Aaron and she encourages him to be honest with Aaron about his feelings.

Elsewhere, Noah is clearly smitten with Liv and offers his support over Aaron's prison ordeal.


Tuesday

When Aaron asks his cellmate Ethan for drugs, he's told that he needs to ask Jason instead. Soon afterwards, Liv and Paddy both visit Aaron but Liv is quick to realise what he's been up to when she spots his strange mood.

When Paddy steps away for a moment, Liv gets her chance to confront Aaron over his actions and accuses him of jeopardising his appeal. Liv storms out when Aaron refuses to listen, but will he take any notice of her advice?

Meanwhile, Chrissie wants to make peace with Lachlan and tries to get Belle to pass a message onto him. Lawrence also gets a shock when Rebecca tells him that Ronnie set Chrissie up.

Elsewhere, Vanessa annoys Pierce by pointing out that Rhona doesn't have a ring despite their engagement.

Also today, Finn doesn't react well to Ross's attempts to get him a new boyfriend and makes plans to go to Australia by himself.


Wednesday



Chrissie is leaving the village today after being ousted from Home Farm, but Rebecca still holds out hope that her troubled family can resolve their differences.

Making a last-ditch attempt to help, Rebecca handcuffs Chrissie and Lawrence together. Seeing the chaotic situation unfold, will Ronnie finally confess that he set Chrissie up?

Meanwhile, tension mounts when Vanessa criticises Pierce's controlling behaviour towards Rhona. When Laurel helps to ease Rhona's doubts over the wedding, Rhona sets a date for the ceremony, which will be taking place in six weeks' time.

Elsewhere, Emma fears Finn is making a mistake by going to Australia alone.

Also today, Jacob worries after losing his lucky coin, while Tracy asks David to model for her book cover.


Thursday (1)

Rhona models some of Laurel's underwear stock for Pierce, but he takes things a step further by getting his tablet out to record her strip tease and later leaving the camera running.

When Pierce watches the footage back, he spots a text from Vanessa on Rhona's phone and is furious over what it says.

Meanwhile, Rebecca and Chrissie worry about Lawrence.

Elsewhere, with David's test results due back tomorrow, Jacob is still determined to find his lucky coin.

Also, Jai feels lonely when he sees so many happy couples around him.


Thursday (2)

Rhona isn't pleased when she discovers that she and Pierce have unwittingly made a sex tape. Pierce tries to make her feel guilty for not wanting to watch it, so she tries to keep him happy by telling him not to delete the tape.

Later, Pierce confronts Vanessa over her text message. Their clash turns nasty and Vanessa is more determined than ever to destroy Pierce after seeing his true colours.

Meanwhile, Jacob's lucky coin finally reappears and he puts it in the charity box, pretending he doesn't want it anymore.

Elsewhere, Ronnie and Lawrence discuss their future.

Also, Jai admits the extent of his problems to Moira when they both visit Holly's grave.


Friday

Pierce makes the next move in his feud with Vanessa by engineering a way for her to 'accidentally' watch the sex tape.

When it works and Vanessa sees the footage, what exactly has pierce planned?

Meanwhile, Jai sepaks to a journalist about Holly's drugs struggles, but he feels hypocritical given his own history. Could the pressure of this situation make Jai tempted?

Elsewhere, Laurel tells Gabby and Arthur what's happening between Ashley and Maggie.

Also today, David plays a prank on Tracy.

OMG Emma is still in the village stalking her sons. When will they reveal she murdered James. And will Jai become Moira's latest project, another person besides Cain that she will be looking after. So bored of these stories, the only thing keeping me here is Aaron and Ashley. Everything else just seems done before.

Meanwhile, Emmerdale's Robert Sugden faces inner turmoil of his own as he struggles to cope without his husband Aaron Dingle around.

Aaron is currently dealing with a hellish situation in prison as he's being targeted by an evil inmate called Jason, but we're about to see that he's not the only one suffering.

Back on the outside, Robert (Ryan Hawley) is embarrassed when his sister Victoria catches him sleeping in the back room of The Woolpack.

After some coercing, Robert is forced to admit that it's because he can't face sleeping in an empty bed while he's missing Aaron so much.

Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) advises Robert to be honest with Aaron when they next speak to each other, pointing out that it's best for them to be open about their feelings.

When Robert catches up with Aaron on the phone later, both are harbouring secrets - but will they confide in each other or not?
