EastEnders fans should brace themselves for an angry showdown later this month as Denise Fox crosses paths with Albert Square's newest troublemaker Keegan Baker.

Denise (Diane Parish) finds herself on the receiving end of Keegan's nasty tongue shortly after she's attended an important meeting with social services following her recent decision to give up her son.

Denise speaks to the social worker for an update on the baby's progress after his adoption, but it all becomes too much when a tactless Kim demands even more information about the child.

Later on, Denise tries her best to be honest with Kim and opens up about her feelings - but they're interrupted when Keegan (Zack Morris) turns up and is disrespectful towards her.

As a furious argument brews in the middle of the Square, the situation quickly spirals out of control. Has Keegan finally met his match in Denise? Or will he get the last laugh once again?

Denise receives a visit from the social worker, who updates her on the baby's progress, but Kim makes things awkward by demanding even more information about the child.

Later, an emotional Denise tries to explain her feelings to Kim, but she soon has even more aggro on her hands when she finds herself in an argument with Keegan. As Denise confronts Keegan for being disrespectful, their argument spirals out of control.

Meanwhile, Mick discovers that the problems at the Queen Vic are even worse than everyone first thought.

Elsewhere, when Ian goes for his health check, he's advised to go and visit his GP. Despite this, he lies to his family by insisting everything is fine.

Also today, Ben and Jay move into Number 18.


Thursday

Denise is forced to deal with the consequences of her actions.

Later, Denise despairs over the current state of the Walford community and decides to take action by calling the Gazette.

Meanwhile, Jack lets Dot down when he can't take her to the garden centre as promised. When Dot sees that Jack has left his Satnav at her place, she decides to go to the garden centre by herself with Matthew.




Friday


When Mick receives more bad news about the Queen Vic's ceiling and how costly it will be to fix the leaks, Konrad kindly offers to fix it for half the price.

Jack also gets involved by offering Mick a lifeline, but Max gives him second thoughts. Is Max scheming again?

Meanwhile, Konrad also invites Shirley out for dinner.

Elsewhere, Denise speaks to a journalist about the state of the community.

Also today, when Ian becomes self-conscious about his weight, he and Jane both agree to be healthier.

Finally, Louise, Madison and Alexandra wind up Bex.
