'The Nightmare Before Christmas'




A nasty surprise for Dom awaits on Keller when a prison van rocks up at Holby. Isaac is beyond stressed with a major presentation to perform and Dom suppresses his feelings to support his perfect boyfriend.

Though determined that the shock guest won't affect his working day, Dom is soon spinning out. Dom focuses on getting a diagnosis and a quick release for his troubling patient, but events rapidly conspire against Dom and turbulent feelings emerge.

Worse still, Isaac has noticed that Dom clearly isn't as over his past liaison as Dom thinks he is. Though Dom is planning the best Christmas ever, something else lies in store.

Meanwhile, Jac unexpectedly returns to work amid her cancer scare, much to the surprise of her team. Jac insists it's business as usual and anyone discusses her health at their peril, but Matteo insists on crossing a line and showing his concern.

Sacha is equally worried - especially when he realises that Jac has been dodging Mr T's persistent calls. It soon transpires that Jac is avoiding getting the news, but why? Does she know something we don't?

Elsewhere, Fletch has got the hump. After years with little contact, his dad has been in touch. His day turns from bad to worse when cantankerous patient and ex world-class poker champ Artem is admitted after collapsing at the airport on the way to Vegas.

Though equally crotchety, Fletch soon realises that Artem's supposed gambling trip is a ruse – he's desperately trying to hit the strip to find his long-lost daughter. Fletch's heart breaks for Arty and he uses all his wily skills to track down Artem's daughter, Sydney. But has Fletch just opened a big can of worms?

I knew Isaac was a nasty piece of work. I said they wouldn't work out, as Isaac was always putting dom down.
