    Exclamation EastEnders Spoilers 12th - 16th December 2016

astEnders: Phil Mitchell devastates his family with a Christmas bombshell
EastEnders hardman Phil Mitchell will devastate his family next month as he insists on spending Christmas alone.
With the rest of Albert Square gearing up for a festive season to remember, Phil (Steve McFadden) drops the unexpected bombshell that he doesn't want anyone around him on the big day.
Sharon (Letitia Dean) is deeply upset by Phil's wishes and tries to lift his spirits by ordering in a fancy new armchair as an early Christmas present.
Unfortunately, not even luxury seating can cheer Phil up right now, so Sharon reluctantly admits defeat and agrees to respect his wishes over Christmas.
Sharon books a pub lunch for Christmas Day so that the Mitchells will all be out of Phil's way, but not everyone in the family is so understanding.
When Sharon reminds everyone that they need to respect Phil's wishes as this could be his last Christmas, could his heartbreaking attitude take its toll on his family?
And as the big day draws ever closer, is there any chance of Phil having a change of heart, or will he stand firm on this one?

EastEnders airs these scenes on Tuesday, December 13 at 7.30pm on BBC One.

Over on EastEnders, Jack Branning enjoys a final night of freedom as his wedding day draws ever closer.

Jack (Scott Maslen) is all set to tie the knot with Ronnie Mitchell on New Year's Day, but there was no way that his friends were going to let the occasion pass by quietly.

Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) is responsible for organising the stag night, which begins on home turf at the Queen Vic before the men embark on a pub crawl.

These brand new pictures show the guys making the most of their boozy night while dressed up in Santa outfits at The Vic.

Lee and Johnny Carter are among those who join in with the celebrations, but they end up escaping early when Lee obviously isn't in the mood to have fun.

Will this arouse suspicion that something isn't right with Lee?

EastEnders airs these scenes on Friday, December 16 at 8pm on BBC One.

Roxy is hungover following another drunken night, but Phil is tired of her wild behaviour and threatens to kick her out.

Later, Donna tries to cheer Roxy up by inviting her to watch everyone rehearsing for the Walford Christmas Show, promising that they can have some fun laughing at the cast.

As they spend time together, Roxy soon shows her vulnerability in front of Donna and breaks down over recent events. When Donna has a very surprising suggestion for Roxy, will she agree it's a good idea?

Meanwhile, Dot tells Patrick that the launderette will be closing on Christmas Eve, so he suggests she should mark the occasion by throwing a party in there.

Elsewhere, Bex and Shakil have another honest conversation about their relationship.

Phil upsets Sharon by insisting that he wants to spend Christmas Day alone. When an early present of a fancy armchair fails to get him in better spirits, Sharon finally agrees to respect his wishes over the festive season.

Sharon decides to book a pub lunch for Christmas Day so that the Mitchells will all be out of Phil's way, telling the others that they need to respect his wishes as this could be his last Christmas. But will Phil's heartbreaking attitude take its toll on his family?

Meanwhile, Ronnie is becoming increasingly frustrated over Roxy's behaviour.

Elsewhere, when Linda refuses to have their usual grotto at the Queen Vic, Mick has to come up with a hasty plan to get her into the Christmas spirit.

Also today, a harsh Ian refuses to give Martin time off to attend Lily's nativity play.

    Thursday

The Mitchells receive some news that could change everything. Later, there's yet another surprise for the family when a police public protection officer turns up on their doorstep to investigate Jay's living conditions.

When the officer learns that he shares a house with underage Louise, Jay is ordered to make alternative living arrangements until the situation is properly investigated.

As Phil stands up to the officer and refuses to be bossed around, is he asking for trouble?

Meanwhile, Billy and Honey lose their wedding fund and the money for Janet's Christmas present when their flat is burgled. Things get even worse when Billy admits to Honey that they're not insured.

Elsewhere, despite being affected by what's happened to Billy and Honey, a more upbeat Linda decides to go ahead with the grotto after all.

    Friday

Roxy is still struggling with how distant she feels from Amy. After speaking to Reverend Stevens, she drops a big bombshell on a shocked Ronnie.

Later, Roxy's eventful day continues as she continues on a downward spiral and makes a second drastic decision.

Meanwhile, Stacey is anxious about returning to church for the nativity, remembering how her psychosis began last year. Fortunately, Martin is able to go with Stacey when Jane and Lauren both cover for him on the stall at the last minute.

Elsewhere, Abi is confused when she realises that Dot missed the nativity play on purpose.

Also today, Lee joins in with a pub crawl for Jack's stag party, but he struggles to get into the spirit of things and escapes with Johnny.

I think seeing Phil would put Roxy or anyone around him off drinking heavy

Judging by tonight's episode, Jay's out of the frame. Lee maybe?

I wondered about lee, but as desperate as he is, after seeing what he's done to his family. I'd be surprised if it was him.

Lee all but confirmed it wasn't him when talking to Mick. He seemed desperate to point out that the robberies might not be connected.

loved last nights episode, have to admit had a lump in my throat at the thought of Billy wanting to do a doll's house for Janet.
