More developments on this in last nights Aust episode:

AUST PACE!!

Ash worked out that Phoebe already knew about the rape. Phoebe realises that Ash now knows about the rape, but doesn't know who the rapist was. She is seemingly just about to tell him it was Mick, when Billie comes along & cuts her off before she says anything. Later on, Billie confirms to Phoebe that Mick, & not VJ, is the baby's father etc. She also asks Phoebe not to tell Ash that it was Mick. When Phoebe asks her about Irene & Leah, Billie says that they can't know either...for the baby's sake (remember that earlier this year Billie confirmed to Phoebe that Mick was her rapist, after she recognised his tattoo. But, when Phoebe asked her if Mick was the baby's father, Billie insisted that it was VJ, so Phoebe dropped it at that time).

So, now we have the situation where VJ & Ash know that Billie was raped & that VJ is not the father, but not who the rapist was (but the spoilers & previews suggest that Ash will continue to try & find out who he is). Phoebe knows that Billie was raped & that Mick is the father. While both Leah & Irene are none the wiser! The plot thickens!

The Billie/VJ/baby storyline has turned into a compelling one in a way I couldn't have imagined when I first read about it. That's mostly down to Billie in my opinion: Tessa de Josselin is a very good actress and has a vulnerability about her that manages to keep Billie sympathetic despite the fact that she's lying to some of our favourite H&A characters.

Mason punches Hunter. Heath and Bianca break the cycle. Ash wants to find Billie’s attacker.

Thu 15th Dec

Ash and Kat clash over the garage investigation. Another fire breaks out in the Bay. Justin fights to be in his daughter’s life again. Nate has second thoughts about Tori.

Mon 19th Dec - SEASON FINALE (TRIPLE EPISODE)

Billie's world is rocked by news of Mick's release. The arsonist prepares to strike again. One of the Morgans is left clinging to life. An unwelcome visitor returns to the Bay.

Monday 19th Dec

- Tori is kidnapped by a mystery man.
- How will Billie react when she learns Mick is about to be released from the psychiatric hospital?
- Hunter grows jealous when he sees Mason & Olivia hanging out together.
- Justin tells Phoebe that Nina has agreed to let him see his daughter, Ava.
- Evie announces the start of the Summer Grooves festival. Who's the special guest?
- Ash decides to leave town for a while.
- While VJ & Billie argue, her waters suddenly break!
- A bushfire threatens everyone at the music festival.

All Fired Up! Who Will Survive A Blaze At The Summer Bay Music Festival?

The lives of Summer Bay favourites are on the line when a ferocious bush fire bears down on the town in Home and Away. And, the first ones in the firing line in this week's heart-stopping season finale are the people at the Summer Grooves music festival. The blaze is the work of a serial arsonist responsible for a spate of recent fires in the Bay. The identity of the arsonist is yet to be revealed - is it someone we know? And, as the fire gets closer, whose lives are in danger? Let's take a look at where we find the characters of Home and Away this week....

Kat. The police senior constable has had her hands full with a string of fires in the Bay in recent weeks. A blaze outside Ash's garage raised questions of an attempted insurance fraud - and he was hauled in for questioning. However, more fires - including a dangerous one in the caravan park last week - point to an arsonist. Kat is struggling to find a link between the fires. Now, the townsfolk are pressuring her for answers. At the beach, Alf & John stop Kat while she's jogging. They quiz her about what police are doing. She tells them she's hoping the forensics department will be able to come up with answers soon. Kat later questions Evie & Phoebe about the caravan park fire. But, they have little that may help. This leaves Kat to look over photos & the scant evidence police have. Then, we flash to a dark figure heading towards the festival. He's holding a lighter & cans of petrol. This is certainly an ominous sign.....

Evie. At the start of the week, Evie is hard at work making final arrangements for Summer Grooves in the Bay. She questions Phoebe about organising stagehands for the festival. However, Phoebe declares she's been busy writing a song to perform at the festival. When Justin learns of her impending workload, he decides to lend a hand. A flustered Evie & Matt de-stress at The Diner. The past few weeks have been difficult for Evie. She's had to deal with the arrest of her ex-fiancé, Josh, who was on the run from police. And, she's moved on with her friend, Matt. The fledgling relationship faltered, as Evie was unsure of her feelings. But, at last week's school formal, Evie & Matt came together. After putting the finishing touches to arrangements for the festival, it's finally time to launch Summer Grooves. As Evie introduces the festival's special guest, little does she know an arsonist is lurking nearby, threatening to ruin everything.

Phoebe. Like Evie, her personal life of late has been nothing short of tumultuous. Phoebe & Justin were on, then they were off. The Morgan family's secret seemed to prevent Justin from wanting to get in too deep with Phoebe. With their witness-protection past now out in the open, Justin is free to move ahead with Phoebe. This week they celebrate as the electricity for the festival is turned on. The place lights up like a rockin' Christmas tree. An emotional Justin tells Phoebe he loves her & won't let her down again. It's time he proved it. Phoebe asks him to ensure he's at the festival when she sings the song she's been writing. Later, a frazzled Phoebe tells Evie she isn't ready to go on stage to sing. But, a fuming Evie tells her the next act is running late & she has to get up there. It's Matt who assures Evie he has a plan to fix things. Will Phoebe throw away a chance to perform?

Olivia, Hunter & Mason. Teenagers Olivia & Hunter ended their romance weeks ago. She appeared to have moved on with Mason. But, Olivia & Hunter have lingering feelings for each other. He gazes longingly at his ex the day before the music festival. "He tells Olivia he's not going to stand in her way." Scott Lee, 23, explains. Olivia is in a spot when both Hunter & Mason approach her at the festival. Who does she want to be with? Perhaps Olivia has made up her mind when she locks lips with Mason on the dance floor. This surely means the chances of Hunter & Olivia getting back together are pretty slim. "Hunter sees Olivia & Mason kissing, which is a bit of a slap in the face," Scott reveals. "He goes off sulking."

Marilyn & John. This couple hasn't had an easy time. John's head injury has caused him to act irrationally. Marilyn was understandably verry worried about her husband's health. Putting those concerns behind them, Marilyn is excited about her tarot-card reading stall at the festival. John & Alf are concerned no-one will be interested in Marilyn's stall. But, their fears pale when compared to what's in store for festival-goers. Fire is about to tear through the bush surrounding the event, surely trapping everybody.

Jess For Kicks. Look Who's Singing At Summer Grooves. Aussie songstress Jessica Mauboy is in Home and Away! The singer & actress - the star of hit TV series The Secret Daughter - has a cameo in this week's season finale. Jessica plays herself, the special guest at the Summer Grooves music festival. Of course, she's not the only singer to cameo in H&A. In 2015, British music star Ed Sheeran dropped in. And, this year, Samantha Jade played Kyle Braxton's girlfriend, Isla Schultz. Samantha is set to reprise her role in upcoming telemovie Home and Away: All or Nothing.
